CPI structures custom made investment offerings for private investors, small pension funds and institutions. Our offerings are carefully selected according to many criteria. Before an investment is structured and offered to investors, we perform a high degree of due diligence.
In a series of meetings with the developer we ascertain their track record, ownership and encumbrances of the securities, management team, appraisals, zoning, location, business or development plans and many other factors.
In principle CPI will only proceed with investments that we believe in, by corporations with a proven track record, whom we know and trust, in areas and industries with a solid future.
When we decide to proceed in preparing the investment opportunity for the public, we will seek the advice from some of the most specialized professionals in the financial world. The prospectus and all agreements are co-written and scrutinized by a team of the top legal and fiscal advisors in the country, under Dutch and/or Canadian law.
We then use the services of reputable sales intermediaries who will also perform their own due diligence.
You can thus be assured that every investment that is published has been verified by several levels of professionals.
We always have several private investment projects in progress. Rates of return vary from 15% to 50% and more. Terms vary but tend to be one to five years. Some of these projects are never published since we fund them internally through our list of investors.
