Canadian Investment Placement Office

CPI is a Canadian Investment Placement Office for exempt-market-securities, better known as private real estate investments offered through an Offering Memorandum in Limited Partnerships, Debentures, Bonds, Joint Ventures, etc. 
We provide our proven expertise for the structuring of your project capital requirements; to the design of the marketing campaign; to the trained sales team that communicates with your prospects; to the closing and the funding of your project.

Netherlands sales offices

We can choose to place investments with our connections overseas. Since 2006 we have been involved in investment brokerage in the Netherlands for Canadian clients for various projects and with various companies. Our main purpose there was to set up a complete investment offering infrastructure in the Netherlands that clients will be able to use for multiple investments. As an example, one single Canadian developer has raised more than CAD 1 Billion in that market alone in a decade. 

To this effect relationships have been created with the Dutch Ministry of Finance for approval of prospectuses; Law firms; Accounting firms; Several Foundations have been setup; Foundation directors have been contracted; Marketing relations have been created; Marketing campaigns have been produced with web-print-radio-and TV commercial advertising.

Mr. van der Walle, director of the Canmore office temporarily moved back to Amsterdam with his family in December of 2006 to establish an office in the financial district. In 2007 and 2008 CAD 10 million was raised for various Canadian developments under Dutch government approval. Currently we are offering several limited partnerships.

*All CPI account managers are either in possession of a current Canadian Securities Course or Exempt Market Products diploma issued by the Canadian Securities Institute, or are in the process of obtaining it.
