CPI has been involved in raising CAD 100 million since 2005. We are the only company in western Canada that provides complete investment issue management from the concept, to the marketing and sales and to the funding of your project. Our account managers are CSI certified or in the process of obtaining their certification; all communications with your investors are digitally recorded; we use a top of the line automated CRM system to reach your targets on time and on budget.

We always start with an intake meeting to see whether we can be of service to you. The second step is for you to provide us with all details on your project, timeline and funding requirements. We can usually decide at that point if we can be of assistance or not. The third step is market research to see if there is sufficient interest in your investment project from an investors’ perspective. After these steps are satisfied we can decide to proceed.

There are many factors that will help us determine whether we will be marketing for your investment funds in Canada or the Netherlands. We also have many contacts in other countries looking for investment projects such as the USA, Ireland, Israel, Cyprus and others.

We can assist you with any part of your marketing or sales campaign or investor relations department.

We have considerable experience in achieving commercial sales targets in the financial world. We possess a thorough knowledge of the investment sector, and are familiar with its rules and regulations. With every project we form a team of highly educated specialists in the field of marketing, legal and fiscal advice.

Since 2005 we have been involved in the placement of investment products worth approximately CAD 100 million in Canada and the Netherlands.

The investors we approach can either be completely passive parties who simply invest and wait for the project to be completed; or 100% hands-on management partners with a wide experience in real estate or other fields who will want to participate on a partner/owner level in the project depending on your requirements.

We prepare a complete brochure and prospectus on your investment project, accompanied with other marketing materials such as a corporate video, website, etc.

We then apply a combination of our own lists of contacts, direct marketing efforts, investment brokers and sales intermediaries. Depending on your project we can literally approach tens of thousands of known investors. From the response, we then select qualified parties to attend private project meetings and familiarization tours. Your funding comes from the parties you choose to work with.
